It should
be noted that the main character profiles are from the Nintendo DS release of Final Fantasy III. In the original
release, your party was just four nameless orphans.
|
LUNETH
An orphan raised by Nina and Elder Topapa in the village of Ur.Adventurous by nature, his curiousity
gets the better of him
as he stumbles into
a hole created by a great earthquake.... |
|
ARC
Another orphan raised by Topapa, and Luneth's best friend. Unlike Luneth, he prefers reading over
gamboling in the wild. His
studies endow him with great knowledge,
that more than makes up for his shyness. |
|
REFIA
Raised in Kazus by the Mythril smith Takka, whose rigorus training led her to run away from home...again. |
|
INGUS
A loyal soldier of King Sasune's army, he narrowly escaped the Djinn's curse. His prime concern
is finding the missing Princess
Sara. |
In Final Fantasy
III, you will encounter several NPC characters , that will follow you on your quest. Most of these characters
are needed for something important to further the story. They can also provide aid durring random
battles, in the DS version.
|
CID
Cid is the master airship builder of the Argat Kingdom.
When Jinn placed a curse on Cid's home town of Casoon, Cid got cursed as well. He then could not
find his way home.
He will lend you his airship and, when the curse is broken, follow you back to his home. |
|
PRINCESS SARAH When
Sasoon was cursed
by the Jinn, the Princess's
mythril Ring protected her. Free from the curse of the Jinn, she joins the party in hopes of sealing
the Jinn's power for
good. |
|
DESH Desh
is found by the party in
the cave of the dragon lord Bahamut.
He has no idea who he is, or what he is doing. He just knows there is something mysterious pulling
him, and so joins the party.
He
remains in the party for a long time, while he tries to figure out why he is on his quest. |
|
ELIA The
party encounters
Elia being cared for on a shipwreck off a remote island. When she learns of the party's destiny,
she aids them by opening
the way to the water crystal. |
|
THE FOUR OLD MEN These
men believe
themselves
to be the fabled Warriors of Light. Believing you to be imposters, they refuse to lend you aid.
After you rescue them from
an enemy
ambush, they realize their folly. They then retrieve special shoes to aid you in your quest. |
|
Prince Allus You
find Allus in a bar
in the city of Salonia.
He has been banished by his father, who is under the control of the royal visor Gigames (gilgamesh).
He asks the party to
aid him in defeating Gigames, and returning to his kingdom. |
|
DOGA One
of the disciples of Noah,
Dogra is a powerful old wizard. He lives alone with his moogles on a continent with powerful winds
surrounding it. Only the
fastest of
airships could pass through these winds. |
|
UNEI Another
of Noah's disciples,
Unne is an old Lady gifted with the power of the dream
world. It is said that if a brave warrior were to wake her from her eternal slumber, she would
tell them the location of the
most powerful airship ever created. |
|
MOOGLES Though
they are not important
to the story
in Final Fantasy III, Moogles are important to Dogra. These charming creatures live with him, on
his continent. This is the
first time you get to
see these creatures in Final Fantasy. They are almost like bears with pink/red dragon wings. And
resting on top of their heads
is a little
pom pom. Right now they are not very important, but give them time...... |
