We ship FedEx with a Flat Rate of $7.00 within the continental United States and by weight for all other areas. Expedited shipping is offered at a higher rate. Please contact us for estimates prior to ordering. All orders in stock are shipped same day. All orders are insured. We contact before sending back ordered products. There is Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200.00. If you want your items ASAP note that all items ordered and confirmed prior to 1:00pm Arizona Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. If problems occur with the billing we will NOT ship until all issues have been resolved. We require a signature on all packages so please arrange to be available when the delivery man shows up. This is for your safety and ours. All items are shipped completely insured and with tracking. Lost and/or damaged items from shipping will be handled by the third party shipping company, USPS, FedEx, or UPS and My Vintage Vixen. Please notify us at myvintagevixen@gmail.com as soon as you have received an item that is damaged or as soon as you calculate an item to be lost. It can take up to two weeks to clear the red tape so please be patient as no one wants to deal with the worst case scenario when it happens, but we all will. Thank you for your understanding.
