In the beginning, the Tonberry's Chef's Knife is not very powerful. It will definitely grow in time. With shorter animation, it is difficult to get the full 250 boost. Even if you are using a Turbo controller. The big pay offs with this GF is the Haggle, Familiar, Call Shop, LV Up, and LV Down. This will make shopping, and fighting a whole lot easier.
