Terra's Skill- Trance
In the beginning of the game, Terra possesses no skill. It is not until she learns of being half Esper, half human, that her skill emerges.
When Terra trances into her Esper form, she essentially doubles the power of magic she uses. This is definitely a great asset, when fighting in areas where magic is key.
When Terra trances into her Esper form, a green "stamina bar" is placed over her ATB bar. When this deletes all the way, Terra will revert back to a human. If this happens, it might take several turns to get her to morph again. The speed of depletion in the stamina bar is determined by how long it has been since Terra last morphed.

If you wish to use Terra's Trance in boss fights, it is essential not to use it too much any other time. If you do, you might only get one or two turns, before she reverts back to her human form.
