	Yuna was the High Summoner of Spira, that defeated Sin once and for all. She has brought the Eternal Calm to the people, with the aid of her trusted guardians. Though the calm brought peace to Spira, it came with a price, and loss of her own love. Two years have passed since then, and Yuna has become a sphere hunter, with her cousin Rikku and friend Paine. Though there quest is to unlock Spira's past, her reason for looking is far more personal. It all began with a sphere she saw of Tidus. She now searches desperately for the one she loves.

	Rikku is Yuna's rather over-emotional Al Bhed cousin. She is very quirky and energized. She has a lot of feelings for everyone, especially her cousin. Rikku is the one who found the mysterious sphere that placed Yuna on her new path as a sphere hunter. Rikku is going to do anything to help Yuna find the truth out about this sphere, and what it's meaning truly is.

	Paine

	No one knows very much about Paine. She joined the Gullwings shortly before Yuna joined. Her past is not clear, but she seems to know the three major heads of the new organizations. She is a trusted ally of Yuna and Rikku, who also is seeking answers to the past. But with her, it is more answers of her personal past, rather than that of Spira
