castlevania character chris belmontDracula is revived at full strength for the first time after his death at the hands of Trevor Belmont. Trevors descendant Christopher Belmont picks up the whip of his ancestors and sets out to defeat Count Dracula again. He will have to go alone, as the companions Trevor had assist him, have long since gone or disappeared. The time for the great showdown against Dracula and the Belmonts has come again.

Christopher has taken the charge of defeating Dracula from his ancestor Trevor. He is first seen in Adventure, as well as Belmont's Revenge. He is perhaps the most obscure and unknown of the Belmonts, despite the fact that he faced and defeated the count twice. Once after Trevor, and again when his son was taken by the evil vampire lord. He uses the Vampire Killer weapon, like the other Belmonts. The difference is he is the first who is able to add the element of fire to it. Also he is the only Belmont to lose the weapon upgrades when hit.
