Skills
Skills are commands that can be used in battle. Skills are shown in the menu with a jewel. When a character has an item with a skill on it, they can use the skill before it is learned. Once learned, they can
use the skill without the item being equipped. The only exception is Quina. It's Blue Magic requires that it eats certain
enemies.
