General Leo's Skill- Shock

During the battle with Kefka in Thamasa, you are able to control General Leo. His shock skill is definitely one of the most powerful attacks in the game. When he uses shock, blinding ray shoot up from the ground, incinerating all enemies. It is too bad Leo does not become a playable character....Oh well.
